The Machines & Methods Behind Every Garment
Seven in-house processes, from seamless circular knitting to bonded hems and 100% inline QC. This is the technology that turns your sketch into a product your customers reach for — consistently, run after run.

Garments Knit in One Seamless Piece
Our circular seamless machines knit a full garment in three dimensions — body, waistband, and leg in a single piece. The result is a second-skin fit with fewer seams to chafe, and less fabric left on the cutting-room floor.
- Circular seamless knitting for 3D construction
- Fewer seams, fewer chafe points
- Second-skin compression fit
- Less fabric waste per garment

Cut Once, Sew It Right
For cut-and-sew styles, precision is everything. Automated multi-ply cutting keeps every panel identical, and our sewing lines assemble them against matched grain and stretch direction — so size L fits like every other size L.
- Automated multi-ply cutting
- Consistent sizing across runs
- Panel-by-panel assembly
- Matched grain and stretch direction

Seams That Disappear (And Some That Shouldn’t)
The right seam is a design decision. We run flatlock, overlock, and four-needle-six-thread machines alongside ultrasonic bonding — flat, soft, and strong where it matters, so nothing digs in or pulls apart.
- Flatlock seams for chafe-free wear
- Overlock and four-needle-six-thread durability
- Ultrasonic bonding for clean hems
- Reinforced stress points

Checked at Every Station
Quality isn’t a final step — it’s built into the line. Every station runs inline checks, and every order gets a full final inspection against AQL 2.5 before it’s packed, so what leaves our floor already passed your bar.
- Inline QC at every station
- 100% final inspection
- AQL 2.5 sampling standard
- Lab-tested stretch and colorfastness
From Design to Finished Garment
A clear, five-step path from your spec to a production-ready product — with every stage inside our own factory.
Design
We turn your spec into a tech pack and construction plan.
Pattern
Patterns are drafted, graded, and approved for fit.
Sample
We sew a first sample and refine it with you.
Produce
The full run is cut, sewn, and finished in-house.
Inspect
100% QC and testing, then it ships.
