What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 50-100 pieces per style, depending on the product type. We offer flexible MOQs for new brand partners.
How long does sampling take?
Proto samples: 2-3 weeks. Complete sampling process (proto → fit → PP sample): 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.
What fabrics do you work with?
Nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, Supplex/Lycra, recycled polyester, cotton/spandex, seamless knit, and more. Specialty fabrics available upon request.
Can you do custom prints and branding?
Yes. Sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and woven labels. Custom hang tags, poly bags, and retail packaging also available.
Do you provide design support?
Yes. Our in-house design team can develop your concepts into production-ready tech packs with measurements, fabric specs, and construction details.
What certifications do you have?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, and ISO 9001 certified. GRS certification available for recycled fabric orders.
How do you ensure quality?
3-stage QC: incoming fabric inspection, inline production checks, and final AQL 2.5 random inspection. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) welcome.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment via T/T bank transfer. Other terms negotiable for established partnerships.
