3-Stage Quality Control System
Stage 1: Incoming Fabric Inspection
Every fabric batch is inspected for defects, color consistency, GSM weight, and composition before entering production. Substandard fabric is rejected before cutting.
Stage 2: Inline Quality Control
QC checkpoints during cutting, sewing, and finishing catch issues early when they are easiest and least expensive to fix.
Stage 3: Final Random Inspection (AQL 2.5)
Every batch undergoes AQL 2.5 random inspection before packing. Detailed QC report with photos provided for every order.
Testing Standards
- Stretch & Recovery: 95%+ return to original shape
- Color Fastness: ISO 105, Grade 4+
- Seam Strength: 7+ kg pull test
- Pilling Resistance: Martindale Grade 4+
- Dimensional Stability: Max 3% shrinkage after washing
Third-Party Inspection Welcome
