You send your design or reference. We review and respond within 24 hours.
Sampling
Proto → Fit → PP Sample. 2-3 weeks per round. We iterate until you approve.
Production
Bulk manufacturing. 4-6 weeks. Inline QC at cutting, sewing, and finishing stages.
QC & Shipping
AQL 2.5 final inspection. Sea, air, or express. We handle documentation.

Questions We Hear from First-Time Buyers
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per style for most categories. For team uniforms, 10 sets per design. If you need lower quantities to start, ask — we can often work with 30 pieces on simpler styles, or suggest ODM options that lower your initial commitment.
Do you charge for samples? Is the fee refundable?
We charge for samples at cost — typically $50-150 per sample depending on complexity. Sample fees are credited back to your first production order. If we need 3 rounds of sampling for a complex design, we will tell you upfront before starting.
What is your standard production timeline?
4-6 weeks from PP sample approval to finished goods, for orders of 300-1000 pieces. Fabric procurement (2-3 weeks) runs in parallel with sampling. Rush production is available at a 20-30% surcharge for orders that need to move faster.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer. For repeat orders from established clients, we can discuss net terms.
Can I visit the factory or do a video tour?
Yes to both. We encourage factory visits — in person or by live video call. You can see the production floor, fabric storage, QC stations, and sample room. We want you to know exactly where and how your products are made.
