Our team reviews your design for production feasibility, fabric matching, and construction. You receive unit pricing at your quantity, sampling timeline and cost, and any feedback that could lower your price.
Sample Order — Optional but Recommended
Before bulk production, order samples and evaluate fit, fabric feel, and construction in your hands — not on a screen. Sample fees are typically credited toward your production order.
Production Begins
Once you approve the pre-production sample and confirm, we start manufacturing. You get weekly photo updates and a dedicated account manager through to delivery.

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product and fabric. Most cut-and-sew styles start at 500–1000 pieces per style per color; custom sublimation prints start at 100 pieces. We run a dedicated MOQ program for startups — see our Startups page.
How much does sampling cost?
Sampling fees vary by complexity: roughly $50–150 for standard styles and $150–300 for complex multi-panel designs. We give you a sample-fee estimate with your quote, and it’s typically credited toward your bulk order.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No — but it helps. You can start with a reference photo, a sketch, or a link to a product you like. If you don’t have a tech pack, our pattern team can build one from your design, and we’ll include that service in the quote.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For established relationships we offer Net 30 or letter of credit. We accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union for samples, with PayPal available for small sample orders.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — we encourage it. See the production line, inspect sample quality, meet the team, and discuss your project in person. Contact us at least a week ahead, and we can help arrange airport pickup from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
