Within 24 Hours — First Response
You’ll get a personal email or WhatsApp reply from our English-speaking account manager. We’ll acknowledge receipt, ask clarifying questions if needed, and let you know when to expect the detailed quote. Not a form letter — a real person who has read your message.

Within 1-3 Days — Feasibility Assessment & Quote
Our team reviews your design for production feasibility, fabric matching, and construction approach. We send a detailed quote with: unit price at your quantity, sampling timeline and cost, production timeline, fabric options, and any design feedback that could reduce costs.

Sample Order (Optional but Recommended)
Before committing to bulk production, you can order samples. We produce and ship them. You evaluate fit, fabric feel, and construction quality in your hands — not on a screen. Sample fees are typically credited toward your production order.

Production Begins
Once you approve the pre-production sample and confirm the order, we begin production. You receive weekly updates with photos. Your account manager is available throughout — no radio silence between order and delivery.
