Your Custom Sportswear Journey — From Concept to Delivery

At Kingben Sports, we have streamlined the custom manufacturing process to make it straightforward, transparent, and efficient.

Step 1: Design & Tech Pack (Week 1-2)

Share your design concepts with us — sketches, reference images, or detailed tech packs. Our in-house team can help develop your ideas into production-ready specifications.

Step 2: Fabric & Material Selection (Week 1-2)

Choose from our extensive fabric library — nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, Supplex, recycled polyester, seamless knit, and more. We guide you to the best fabrics for your product type, price point, and performance requirements.

Step 3: Sampling (Week 2-5)

Three sampling rounds: Proto Sample (basic construction), Fit Sample (fabric and fit testing), and Pre-Production Sample (exact materials). We never proceed to production without your written PP sample approval.

Step 4: Production (Week 3-8)

Bulk production with three-stage QC: incoming fabric inspection, inline production checks, and final AQL 2.5 random inspection. Third-party inspection available (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek).

Step 5: Finishing, Packing & Shipping (Week 1-3)

Garments trimmed, pressed, folded, and packed per your specifications. Custom poly bags, hang tags, branded packaging options. FOB shipping with freight forwarding coordination worldwide.
